Digital Downloads / Printable Items:

Delivery (Digital Products)

Check Out --> Click Download Button --> Enjoy Goodies!

As soon as you check out, the page will automatically refresh and there will be a button to download the item. Simultaneously you'll receive an email (to the email address on your account) with a link to download the file. If, for some reason you don't get that button or an email, let us know and we'll get it fixed!


Physical Items:

Processing Times (US Orders)

All items ship directly from the print provider of that product. It is possible that you could receive your items in different shipments / packages depending on which print provider it ships from.

In-Stock items are shipped after processing (2-7 business days but most times less!)

Delivery Times

We use Standard Shipping (did we mention it's FREE to you?!) which typically takes 5-15 days (after your goodie is made!).

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you right away!

How do I check the status of my order?

There are a few ways!

Orders Page: Click HERE and it will take you to the Orders section of your account (you will need to be logged into your account). This page can also be found at the top of every page and from the "View Your Order" button in the Confirmation Email that was sent as soon as the order was placed.

Chat: Click on the chat button in the lower right of the screen and select "Track my order". It will prompt you for your order number & the email you used to create the order.

Order / Shipping Confirmation Emails

Order Confirmation: Automatically sent immediately after you check out.
Shipping Confirmation: As soon as we package your item and print the shipping label, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the confirmation.

Elkberry is not held responsible for the following, however we will do whatever we can to help resolve any issues during shipping!:

  • Mistakes made by postal service
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

Damaged in Mail

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

International Orders

We are currently only able to ship to the US, but we're working on international shipping - please contact us with any questions!
