What is the status of / How do I track my order?

There are a few ways!

Chat: Click on the chat button in the lower right of the screen and select "Track my order". It will prompt you for your order number & the email you used to create the order.

  • What are your shipping details?
    Gift cards are sent via e-mail as soon as you check out Physical items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) via USPS. Rates are based on the weight of the package and are calculated during checkout. Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders over $99!
  • What is your return policy?

  • What are your product sizing details?
    Each item has a section at the bottom called "Approximate Dimensions" which lists the size of the item.
