Returns & Refunds

Digital Downloads / Printable Items:

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on digital downloads and printable items. However, if you have any issues with the product, please email us and hopefully we can fix the issue zippy skippy!

 

Physical Items:

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

We have a very generous 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and unsoiled).

Exchanges or returns without a defect will be at your expense as each item is printed specifically for your order when it is placed.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. The process will be:

 

1. Contact us at support@elkberry.com and let us know what item needs to be returned & why (we may have a few additional questions for you). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Send us the item and we'll issue the refund or send a replacement as soon as we receive the package and inspect the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you choose to exchange instead, we'll get that sent to you at this point!

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@elkberry.com.
